Centennial, CO - December 1, 2003 - Mr. Roger Clarizio purchased the assets of
Get A Grip
N Stuff, Inc from its previous owners, Merle and Mauri Traci. The new Company
will operate under the name
Get A Grip. In an attempt to quickly
transform
Get A Grip
from a "mom and pop operation" into a highly professional, growth oriented
company, Mr. Clarizio immediately implemented multiple operational and
procedural changes to improve the Company's performance, culture and
environment. "The many facets of this company should allow us to rapidly grow
in any economic environment," stated Mr. Clarizio. And so far, the growth has
been explosive, with several large local companies moving their order fulfillment and
e-commerce business to
Get A Grip.
Prior to purchasing
Get A Grip, Roger owned Summit Staffing, a
local individualized recruiting services firm. He discovered
Get A Grip
while looking for companies that needed staffing services. Within a few months,
Roger had convinced the owners of
Get A Grip
to use Summit Staffing exclusively for all of the Company's production
requirements. Later that year, when the Company was put on the market, Roger
purchased it from the founders. This was the beginning of the new
Get A Grip. The transformation continues
today with improvements being implemented on a continual basis.
Mr. Clarizio's belief that most large companies want to partner with
professional organizations has motivated him to move into a newer and larger
facility, as well as hire top people into the many new positions created by the
Company's growth. Roger's highly competitive nature, coupled with the

Aurora, CO - March 18, 2005 -
Get A Grip
moved its operations from Centennial, CO to Aurora, CO, consolidating four
warehouse and distribution facilities into one 44,000 square foot space. The
new facility has provided the Company with the capability to better service all
of its existing clients and continue its rapid growth without the need for
additional space. The Company also enhanced its overall operational
efficiencies by adding production space and additional security levels, while
at the same time increasing shipping capabilities due to the new facility's
close proximity to many of its critical suppliers and shippers.
The Company's recent success has stemmed from the new owner's willingness to
customize almost any proposal to meet the needs of each specific client
request. "We do not make our clients fit into our box. We design our box around
their requirements," commented Mr. Roger Clarizio, President,
